Moldshop Manager

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
• Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing or Moldmaking environment
• Knowledgeable with international quality standards and procedures including ISO
• Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the plastic Injection molding & Mold making industry
• Good command of English and computer literate

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of Moldshop work programs and targets (deadlines, output, quality) to support production targets and to improve machine productivity
• Direct supervision of the Moldshop Department including but not limited to:
• Supervision of daily activities
• Improving work flow and efficiency in the department
• Motivating subordinates, communicating and implementing policies
• Coordination with relevant departments and providing support where needed
• Advise the Management on all Moldshop related matters and give comprehensive recommendations for improvement and development
