Quality Control Supervisor

• Male/Female, max 35 years old with min S1 degree.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with 7 QC tools, SPC, and QCC
• Previous experience in plastic, packaging, textile, garment, shoes manufacturing, or other similar labor intensive and assembly-oriented industry is preferred
• Highly proficient in MS Excel is a must.
• Min Passive English.
• Job location: Surabaya

• Overseeing the operations of quality control department to maintain and improve the manufacturing quality standards
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure manufacturing quality standards are achieved and maintained
• Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting of the quality control department activities, constantly implementing changes in procedures and processes to improve the department productivity and efficiency
• Reporting of the non conformance findings, providing recommendations on work methods, processes, and procedures to improve the manufacturing quality standards
• Analyze, develop, and review of quality standards to further improve the manufacturing quality standards
